One Account Per Player

01 / ACCEPTANCE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the tsya365 website at tsya365.net, or by registering an account, depositing funds, or placing a wager through the tsya365 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. 3. Account Registration

One account per player: Each individual may only hold one active account on tsya365. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity documents, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
Real name registration: You must register using your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued identification. Aliases, nicknames, or names belonging to other individuals are not permitted.

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Accepted KYC documents include: Philippine passport, UMID card, SSS ID, PhilSys national ID, driver's license, PRC ID, and Voter's ID. Documents must be clear, unexpired, and show your full legal name and date of birth.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on tsya365 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). tsya365 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer, as well as Visa and Mastercard.

Deposits:

Minimum deposit is ₱50 via GCash and PayMaya. Minimum amounts for bank transfers may vary.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your tsya365 wallet in under sixty seconds under normal conditions.
tsya365 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges.
You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, in line with anti-money laundering procedures.
Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within minutes after approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
tsya365 reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal request.
Balances consisting solely of bonus credits that have not met wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
Winnings from free spins or free bet promotions are subject to the bonus terms applicable to the relevant promotion before withdrawal is permitted.

tsya365 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. Any deposit or withdrawal activity that appears suspicious, inconsistent with normal player behaviour, or in excess of regulatory thresholds will be reviewed and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

tsya365 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

Bonuses are only available to players who have completed the tsya365 registration and KYC verification process and have made a qualifying deposit as specified in the relevant promotion.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the terms of each promotion. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.
Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unused bonus funds or wagering progress will be forfeited upon expiry of the applicable period.
Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, device, IP address, or payment method.
tsya365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already in progress for a specific player will be honoured under the terms that were active at the time of opt-in.
Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
Games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.

tsya365 reserves the right to reverse any bonus and void any winnings derived from that bonus if tsya365 determines, at its sole discretion, that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

06 / BETTING RULES

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on the tsya365 platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo, and e-sabong:

All bets are final once confirmed. tsya365 does not permit the cancellation or amendment of a confirmed bet except in circumstances where a specific sport or game type's rules expressly permit it (e.g., event cancellation or postponement).
tsya365 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are cancelled, suspended, or materially altered after betting has opened.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tsya365 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

Registering more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account rule.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the tsya365 platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain credits, winnings, or advantages that would not arise under normal platform operation.
Colluding with other players, dealers, or tsya365 staff in any game or bet.

08 / INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the tsya365 platform — including but not limited to the tsya365 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, data, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of tsya365 or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tsya365 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include:

The right to copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the tsya365 platform or its content.
The right to modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on tsya365 content.
The right to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in the operation of tsya365.

Any unauthorised use of tsya365's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

09 / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tsya365 shall not be liable to you for:

Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the tsya365 platform.
Interruptions to the tsya365 service caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
Losses arising from your failure to keep your tsya365 login credentials secure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the tsya365 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact tsya365 customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. tsya365 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving a written complaint. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within that period, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate Philippine legal channels.
